Manipulations and modifications to structural components are generally made using a single unified Modify Properties common to all AECOsim Building Designer applications. Modify Properties recognizes selected structural component(s), and opens the appropriate modify tool dialog.

These and other structural manipulate/modify tools can be found on several Structural Physical Modeling toolboxes. They allow you to manipulate and modify aspects of all structural components including:

• Linear member endpoints, copes and cutbacks.
• Structural attributes, structural data, structural analytical data.
• Structural assembly layouts, properties and sub-components for bar joists, trusses and steel/composite decks.
• Properties and placement attributes of structural slabs and walls.
